Global Financial Mentor is a personal finance blog that offers financial advice to people of all age brackets and from all corners of the world. Three articles are put on the blog weekly.
I started Global Financial Mentor on May 17 2020, as a way of making extra money after I learnt that blogging was one of the ways in which one could make some extra cash but after writing about nine articles, the goal of Global Financial Mentor had changed from helping me make some extra to more of helping people manage their hard earned money, how they could use it well, how they could also make more. The articles on my blog are more of what I could do if I found myself in the situations I write about and also about what I’m doing now, with the little money I have. Therefore every information on the blog is a practical one.
I may not have studied anything to do with personal finance in my years of studying but whatever articles I put on GFM are properly researched and whatever information you will find on my blog articles are as good as the one you will find on that which was started by someone who has spent years studying personal finance.
The articles on my blog are organized into 5 categories;
I chose to organize them into the following categories because the five above are what we use our money for or we should be using our money for.
1. MAKE MONEY
The category make money mainly comprises of articles which will help you get extra coins into your pockets. It talks about things you can try out in order to make money. They are either of things that I have tried to do to make money, or the things that I’m doing now just to make a buck, or things that I have thoroughly done my research on and hence confident that can help you and me make some extra cash if put in practice.
The articles you will find on the budgetting category of my blog mainly talk about the ways in which one can manage his or her hard earned money. It’s about helping you make the most of your money because that is what I believe you deserve after working very hard to earn it. Some of the information in this category may seem hard to implement because it may involve changing how you operate on a daily basis but all are practical. You can do it!
Saving like the name suggests, is a category that will help you set aside some extra cash for future use. The best future use here is TO INVEST. The articles you will find here will give you tips that you can use to creatively set aside some cash.
Saving gave birth to the next category in my blog which is, investment. The main aim of saving like I said before is to invest and that is why I came up with this category. It answers the question, After saving, what next? It gives you information on the ways in which you can use your already saved money. Personally, I have a goal of investing in Real Estate, but that is just a dream now, through saving I’ll make it a reality. So let’s SaveToInvest.
5. PAY DEBTS
It’s rare to find people with no debts in the world today. Personally, I already have a student’s loan which is still piling up given I’m still in school. By the time I complete my studies I will have accumulated about $3,000 of student’s loan plus other loans that I will accumulate along the way. Paying debts is a struggle and that is why I created this category so that the information in it can help you and me get rid of our debts in a more easier way. The category pay debts may not magically get rid of all your debts but it will have information that will guide you through your journey of making sure that there is nothing you owe anybody.
The five categories is mainly what Global Financial Mentor is all about. So far GFM is still a small personal finance blog but with your help we will make it a big thing in the field of personal. Keep on reading, keep on sharing, keep on liking, keep on subscribing, keep on commenting, keep on following while I keep on putting up more articles. That’s the only way we will help people save more money, make more money, pay down debts and manage their cash properly.
My goal for Global Financial Mentor is;
- Help more people manage their cash, make more money and pay down debts.
- Provide the best financial advice and solutions to people from all over the world.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE, LIKE I MENTIONED BEFORE THAT I DID NOT STUDY ANYTHING TO DO WITH PERSONAL FINANCE AND WHATEVER INFORMATION IS ON THIS BLOG IS PURELY BASED ON THOROUGH RESEARCH THEREFORE YOU AS MY READER CAN POINT OUT ANY MISLEADING INFORMATION IN THE ARTICLES YOU READ AND I SHALL CORRECT AFTER GETTING MY FACTS RIGHT. IT’S ABOUT ME HELPING YOU AND YOU HELPING ME! Thanks❤
